Archipelago International Earns New ISO Certifications

Jakarta, Indonesia, October 2018Archipelago International, a leading Indonesia-based hospitality management company, has received the ISO 14001:2015 certification for implementation of Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and OHSAS 18001:2007 for developing Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) management systems in compliance with the international standards.

The EMS system process involves the implementation of sustainable practices such as waste recycling, energy conservation and environment awareness in line with the company’s environmental policy.

The certification will assist more than 135 hotels under the portfolio of Archipelago International in managing and controlling health and safety risks and continually improving OH&S performance.
