CHEF COLLABORATIONS, ASTON BATAM PRESENTS SMOKED BRISKET AND RIBS ON ARCHIPELAGO FOOD FESTIVAL

Batam, October 2022 - To commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Archipelago, Aston Batam Hotel and Residence organized and led the Archipelago Food Festival. Seven chefs will work together to serve smoked beef and ribs using the "fine dining" and "all you can eat barbeque" concepts.

The Archipelago Food Festival will take place over two days, on 7 October 2022 "Fine Dining" at Gravity Ten and 8 October 2022 "All You Can Eat Barbeque" at the poolside Aston Batam Hotel and Residence. Chef Windoe, Executive Chef of Archipelago International, leads a team that includes Chef Budi from Aston Batam Hotel & Residence, Chef Chris from Aston Nagoya City, Chef Wisnu from Aston Inn Gideon, Chef Hadie from Harper Cawang Jakarta, Chef Edy from Harper Medan, and Chef Febri from Aston Pasteur Bandung.

"Our specialties include seasoned and smoked US Brisket beef and US Beef Ribs over low heat over a wood fire. This dish will be served with a range of barbeque meats (lamb chop, rib eye, kebabs, sausages), chicken wings, and seafood skewers in a Texas and Mexican style. Freshly made pasta, meat burgers, and desserts are also available." said Budi as Executive Chef of Aston Batam Hotel & Residence.

The "Fine Dining" price is 1,200,000 Nett per couple, while "All You Can Eat Barbeque" only 250,000 Nett per person. Guests will also enjoy live music, get the exclusive souvenirs for purchase on October 7, 2022, and every guest has the opportunity to win door prizes on October 7 and 8, 2022, in a Texmex ambiance.
